Our Customer Follow-up Standards:
  • Answer phone calls within three rings.
  • Return customer calls and/or Internet messages within 30 minutes.
  • Acknowledge the receipt of all non-verbal requests within 24 hours and declare a date and time for completion of task.
  • Advise customer regularly regarding updated status of a complex task.
  • After completion, convey the outcome in writing to the customer.
  • Follow-up non-verbal communication with a phone call to assure that customer is satisfied with the outcome.
