Sunbelt's Dependability Philosophy calls on every employee to accept the responsibility of meeting or exceeding our high standards of dependability and follow-up.
Our Customer Follow-up Standards:
- Answer phone calls within three rings.
- Return customer calls and/or Internet messages within 30 minutes.
- Acknowledge the receipt of all non-verbal requests within 24 hours and declare a date and time for completion of task.
- Advise customer regularly regarding updated status of a complex task.
- After completion, convey the outcome in writing to the customer.
- Follow-up non-verbal communication with a phone call to assure that customer is satisfied with the outcome.
